We invite you to come for a walk through of the center.

• If you like our center you will need to fill out the "registration packet" and set a date for the child(ren) to start.

• Immunization Record
• Physical required before student can attend
• Are you registering with the State of Iowa or Illinois assistance?
  • Iowa State assistance should apply to their state assistance program 2 weeks prior to wanting to start their child(ren)
  • Illinois assistance should apply to their state assistance program 
• Food program form needs to be filled out and turned in with registration packet. 
• Payments is due every Friday unless you have set up an every two week payment plan.
